At Replica Rack, customer satisfaction is our priority. We carefully inspect every product before dispatch to ensure it reaches you in excellent condition.

Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

Return Eligibility

We accept return requests only under the following circumstances:

  • You received a damaged product.
  • You received the wrong product.
  • The product has a verified manufacturing defect.

To be eligible for a return, the request must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect product selection by the customer
  • Minor color variations due to screen settings
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling

Condition of Returned Products

Returned products must:

  • Be unused and unworn
  • Include original packaging
  • Include all accessories, manuals, and tags
  • Be returned in the same condition as received

Products failing to meet these conditions may not qualify for a refund or replacement.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  1. Take clear photos of the package and product.
  2. Contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery.
  3. Include your Order Number and photographs for verification.

Once verified, we'll arrange a replacement or issue a refund, depending on the situation.

Refund Process

After your returned item has been received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.

The exact time for the refund to reflect may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Replacement Policy

Where possible, Replica Rack will prioritize providing a replacement for damaged or incorrect products.

If a replacement is unavailable, a full refund will be issued.

Order Cancellation

Orders may only be cancelled before they are shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

Shipping Costs for Returns

If the return is approved due to:

  • Damaged product
  • Incorrect product
  • Manufacturing defect

Replica Rack will bear the return shipping costs.

For all other cases, return shipping charges, if applicable, will be the customer's responsibility.
